- Registration fee and monthly fee are non-refundable.
- In case a student cancel or miss any session, the student will be marked as absent.
- However, if the class is cancelled due to absence of the teacher, then MIMS will reschedule the class.
- If a student leave the institute and takes a break, their registration will remain valid for 3 months from the date of last attendance. Thus, if the student rejoins within a month he/she need not pay the admission fee. However, a rejoining fee of Rs.500/- shall be applicable.
- All queries related to extra lessons, timetable, payments, holidays etc., have to be communicated to the institute office only.
- Students need to carry their own instrument in case of Guitar and other specified courses instruments shall be available from the institute.
- Students need to purchase the original lesson books / study materials in terms of Grade Examinations.
- Students appearing for Grade Exams/ Diploma / Certificate are required to pay examination fee as per the concerned Examination board.
- The institute works for 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday. The schedule of holidays will be displayed on the notice board from time to time.
- All classes are on monthly basis and full fees shall be paid by cheque /bank transfer/ cash (GST is inclusive).
- The batch and day for music classes shall be fixed as per the convenience of the teacher and the student. The timings so fixed will not be changed during the course of the particular month.

Students should attend the classes regularly. Students whose attendance is irregular or who is absent frequently for a longer period without prior intimation shall be informed to the management.

The Chairman reserves the right to terminate the student any time, if their work or discipline is found to be unsatisfactory.
